A-Level RS: Theme 4 Key Word Dominoes - Eduqas Christianity

Topics: Eucharist, Festivals, Baptism & Unification Unit: Unit 1: A Study of Religion: Christianity Exam Board: Eduqas Paper: Paper 1: A Study of Religion: Christianity These are a set of key word dominoes that make a great starter revision activity when looking at some of the topics from Theme 4 of the Christianity unit of A-Level Religious Studies. I use this as a starter for a revision lesson on the Eucharist. Dominoes do not cover the whole of theme 4 but do include baptism, festivals, Eucharist and unification. Students can work in pairs or as a group to match the key words to the definitions. Or they can play as an actual game of dominoes with a couple of sets printed.

A-Level RS: Eucharist Treasure Hunt - Eduqas Christianity Revision

Topic: Eucharist Unit: Unit 1: A Study of Religion: Christianity Exam Board: Eduqas This is a fun treasure hunt designed to help test student’s knowledge of the various theories of the Eucharist. This is part of the Study of Christianity for Eduqas A-Level Religious Studies. It should suit other exam boards. Instructions Hide the various cards around your classroom. With each card place the relevant key. Students will need to use the clues to go around the room and collect the keys in order. Remind them they need to note down the numbers in order to unlock the treasure! Students are split into groups. All students start with the starter card. They follow the clues to find the next card. At each card they collect a key. Once they have all six keys they hand them over in order (or just tell you the code). If correct they unlock the treasure and win! I make sure to have a prize for the winning team.
